He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Omer C. Harpe, Sr. and Jessie Little Harpe; and his wife Lucy Marie Lanham Harpe. He is survived by: his son Kenny Clay Harpe of Owensboro; and his sister Mary Robbins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
