He was predeceased by: his nephew John Dunn; and his brother-in-law Warren Sutherland. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph "Bill" Johnson (Carolyn) of Owensboro, KY, Betty Jo Mattingly (Jim) of Owensboro, KY, Carol Johnson of Owensboro, KY, Mary Johnson of Owensboro, KY and Angie Johnson of Owensboro, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
