He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Horn and Artie Mae Horn (Morris); his wife Patricia Horn (Harper); and his siblings, John Horn and Connie Craig.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Horn, Melissa Horn, Jason Horn (Tiffany), Julia Ewing (Joseph "Matt" Hopkins), Robert Allen Horn (Cari) and Karrie Horn; and his sisters, Carolyn Applegate and Judy Payne. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
