He is survived by: his sons, Robin Brandon Lewis and Jordan Lewis; his siblings, Jackie Lewis (Ginger) of Elkhorn City, KY and Betty Sanders (Mitchell) of Fordsville, KY; the mother of his children Mary Delaine Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Holton, Joy Hawkins, Candy Addington, Tina Sayers, Melissa Carr, Jared Sanders, Brad Layne, Nathan Lewis, Greg Swiney and Will Swiney.
