He is survived by: his wife Myrna Thompson Smith; his children, Randy Hayden (Stephanie), Russ Hayden (Jamie), Julia Tennant (Craig), Denise Smith, Chad Smith and Adam Smith (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Travis, Nathan, Emily, Asher, Levon, Bailee, Warren, Landen, Brooklyn, Brianna, John, Wesley and Emma; his great grandchild Bentley; his sister Rocki Louden (John); his aunt Sharon Lockhart (Joe); and his caregiver Charlotte Gipson.
