He was predeceased by: his parent Arbert Beatty; his wife Doris Madewell; and his son Jimmy Madewell. He is survived by: his sons, David Madewell (Suzy), Derrick Madewell (Sheila) and Jeff Madewell (Kim). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
