With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Alan Pickrell of Owensboro, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2025 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pickrell and Joyce Survant Taylor; and his stepfather H. T. Taylor. He is survived by: his sister Gloria Bullington; his nephews, Jared Bullington (Melissa) and Aaron Bullington (Sarah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emmie, Emersyn, Eastynn, Jase and Josie Bullington.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
