She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha Hooker (Bill Blair) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hooker, Olivia Hooker and Jillian Hooker; and her sister Frances Sue Ducan of Owensboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
