He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cooper and Daisy Lee Cooper (Falloway); and his siblings, Linda Cooper, Roger Cooper, Vickie Boone, Tonie Cooper and Jerry Cooper.
He is survived by: his sisters, Regina "Jeanne" Mattingly and Julia Galloway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
