He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blincoe and Kathryn Hamilton Blincoe; and his brother Randy Blincoe. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Blincoe (Robin) of Reynolds Station, Pam Blincoe-Slack and Philip Blincoe; and his sister-in-law Annette Blincoe of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
