She was predeceased by: her son Noah John Allen; her fiancé Erik Allen Worden; and her siblings, Jeremiah Campbell and Erica Tice. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Faye Beitler (Adam), Hannah Rose Allen (Kel) and Mark Thomas Earl Allen; her parents, William Tice and Cynthia Burgess; and her siblings, Tamera Musgrave (Lee), James Tice, Cheryl Miller, Josh Campbell (Krista), Hal Burgess Jr. (Ali), Justin Burgess (Alice) and Andrew Burgess (Jessica).
