She is survived by: her mother Jackie Anderson Wells; her son Jason Claypool; her grandchildren, Christina Claypool and Jason Claypool, Jr.; her siblings, Melody Hayden (Tony) and Phillip Wells (Cindy); her siblings' children, Camille Lambert, Jenny Wells Hosley and Chris Hayden; and her pet Butterball.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
