He is survived by: his children, Donna Howard (Bobby) of Reedsville, PA, Sara Clark (Mike) of Owensboro, Steve Hayden (Sandy) of Philpot, Janet Jones (Ron) of Lewisport, Denise Isbill (Rick) of Philpot and Patrick Hayden of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Dustin Howard (Micki) of Indianapolis, Lacey Niehaus (Ryan) of Indianapolis, Shawn Howard, Lauren Westerfield (Paul), Kristen Whittaker (Nick), Andrew Clark, Seth Hayden (Tiffany), Nathan Hayden (Bree), Nicole Johnson (Ryan), Rony Jones (Erin), Chelsea, Amber Isbill and Cash Hayden; and his brothers, Martin J. Hayden (Joan) and Samuel J. Hayden. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
