She was predeceased by: her parents, Aud Proctor and Josie Christie Proctor; her former husband Tom Foreman; her husband William Aud Pennington; her son Charles Thomas Foreman; and her son-in-law Harold Bruce.
She is survived by: her daughter Josie Bruce; and her grandchildren, Jeff Foreman, Christopher Hall, Tiffany Hall, Christi Hagan, Drew Foreman and Matthew Foreman. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and five siblings.
