He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozias Denton and Mary Agnes Bartley Collins; and his brother-in-law Chuck Gregory. He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Gay Quinn; his wife Cindy Collins; his children, Bradley Quinn of Owensboro, Adam Beavers of Owensboro and Tonya Wilhite of Owensboro; his granddaughters, Aja Mattingly (Joel) of Owensboro and London Wilhite of Owensboro; and his siblings, Billy Collins (Coco) of Owensboro, Milton Collins (Charlotte) of Owensboro, Marie Gregory of Florida and Susan Vance (Arthur) of Calhoun. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
