He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe F. Stephens and Joyce Fuchs Stephens; his siblings, Daryl A. Stephens, Vicki J. Barker (Gary) and Angela R. Weaver (David); his siblings' children, Ashley M. Bowlds (Chris), Aaron M. Weaver (Amanda) and W. Andrew Weaver (Katelyn); and his siblings, Connie and Barry Stephens of Owensboro. He was also cherished by three great-nieces; four great-nephews; and two double-first cousins.
