He is survived by: his wife Lisa Allen Hagan; his sons, Mark Hagan (Lilly) of Norfolk and John Hagan of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Seth T. Hagan, William R. Hagan and Calla G. Hagan of Norfolk; his siblings, James Hagan (Joy) of Mt. Washington, David Hagan (Vicky) of Hawesville and Mary Lee of Whitesville; and his uncle Mike Edgerly of Louisville. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
