He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ruth Hardesty; his children, Craig Hardesty (Ari), Chelsia Hughes (Jacob) and Courtney Denison (Jason); his stepchildren, Emily Carter, Arthur Dwayne Carter and Elliott Carter; his grandchildren, Maleigha, Addison, Layla, Izabella, Aiden, Camille, Frances, Miles, Sophia, Natalia and Chris; his siblings, Byron Hardesty of Atlanta, GA, Bill Hardesty (Sarah) of Louisville, KY, Jeeney Antenucci (Mike) of Cincinnati, OH, Jackie Foster (Kelly) of Versailles, KY and Judy Harder (Walter) of Lexington, KY; and his aunt Rose Locher Gillim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
