William E. Lanham Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2025 we had to say goodbye to William E. Lanham of Owensboro, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Lanham and Mary Ursula Knott Lanham; his wife Dorothy "Dot" Lanham; and his great grandchild Christopher Lanham. He is survived by: his children, David Lanham (Mary), Dale Lanham (Terri), Belinda Moody (Roger) of Owensboro, Becky Chapman (Steve) of Owensboro and Paula Wilson (Dennis) of Owensboro. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen Cathedral (610 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301).
