William O. Maxberry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2025, at the age of 96, William O. Maxberry of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William O. Maxberry to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Maxberry and Erma Anderson Maxberry; his wife Delma Maxberry; his sister Opal Pearson; and his stepson Rick Smith.
He is survived by: his son Mitchell Maxberry of New Zealand; his grandchildren, Melissa Scott (Chad) of Philpot and Kurt Maxberry (Emily) of Cynthiana; his great grandchildren, Trent Scott, Wyatt Maxberry, Brooks Roman, Valerie Maxberry and Wesley Maxberry; Dorothy Lewis of Philpot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice, 2410 S. Green Street, Henderson, KY.
