He was predeceased by: his parents, Erin Robert Russell and Katherine Mable Watson Russell; and his sisters, Ann Moore, Judy Bartlett and Gayle Prather.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Higgs Russell; his children, Robin Wheeler (Rodney), Aaron Russell and Darin Russell; his grandchildren, Dalton Wheeler, Emily Wheeler, Madalynn Russell, Maci Russell, Judge Russell, Mashayla Russell, Logan Russell, MaKenzie Martin and Justice Murphy; his great grandchildren, Adalyne Russell and Raiden Martin; and his siblings, Bruce Russell, Mike Moore, Scott Moore, James Moore and Fonda Le. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
