Bentley Ray Collins Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bentley Ray Collins of Owenton, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2025 at the age of 5. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Bentley Ray may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Collins, Jr.; and his grandparents, Charlie and Margie Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Frazier and Wayne Collins of Owenton; and his grandparents, Martha Sue and Robert Allen Frazier of Worthville.
