She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Armstrong and Claudie Armstrong (Eckler); her son Randy "Pedro" Joe Cobb; and her grandson Randy Smith Cobb. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Bruce Cobb; her children, Connie Lynn Cobb (Greg Hatton) and Rodney Lee Cobb (Tina Tincher); her grandchildren, Jenna Bevins Williams, James Bolton Bevins, II, Blake Cobb (Kaitlyn) and Daphne Cobb Osborne (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Ann Williams, Randie Kate, Robert Lee Osborne III, Kameron Andrew, Kaylee Elaine and RJ Cobb.
Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Owen County Friends of Animals in Betty's memory.
