She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Stephenson and Gladys Marie Godman Stephenson; her children, Jean Kaye Patton and Richard Swigert; and her siblings, Charlie Stephenson and Peggy Ashcraft.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Swigert; her son Robbie Swigert (Melanie); her grandchildren, Lita Newman (Will), Amber Smith (Matt), Ritchie Swigert, Krissy Locker (Jonathan), Jake Patton and Kyle Patton; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Jaskon, Kennedy Smith, Cason, Waylon Locker and Ryland Newman. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Old Cedar Baptist Church (1040 Claxon Ridge Rd, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
