He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlene Bush (Webster) and Billy Frank Bush; his brother Billy Frank Bush, Jr.; his goddaughter Maggie Jean Beach; and his brother-in-law Timothy Morris.

He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Bush; his daughter Chasity Bush; his goddaughter Angela Beach; his grandchildren, Austin Bush (Destiny), Trevor Swangin, Skyler Swangin, Damien Lilly, Trenton Rose and Jaden Rose; his great grandchildren, Serenity Bush, Amelia Bush, Aubrey Jean and McKenna Rose; his siblings, Annette Morris, Ruby Robinson (David), Dawn Bush and Steve Bush; his mother-in-law Mary Cobb; and his friends, Stephen Stanley and Delores Beach. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
