She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Williams; her parents, Kevin McIntosh and Peggy Brumley McIntosh; her children, David Smith (Jaden O'Banion), Desiree Roberts (Mason) and Destiny Smith; her siblings, Samantha Martin (Christopher), Daniel Tracy (Danielle) and Jimmy McIntosh (Lindsay); her grandparents, Laverne McIntosh, Tracy and Daniel Brumley; and her in-laws, Ricky, Judy Williams, Chris and Jessi Williams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the New Funeral Homes (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Tracy Family Cemetery (1200 Pleasant Grove Rd, Corinth, KY 41010).
