Jackie McKenzie Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie McKenzie of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on February 25, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar McKenzie and Goldie McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McKenzie; his daughters, Angie Miller (Dale), Pam Maloy (Rob), Cindy Farmer and Stephanie Simpson (Tim); his grandchildren, Jack Miller, Bethany Magee, Kayla Thompson, Charles Thompson, Alexis Maloy, Jeffrey Todd Smith, Marcus Smith, Dustin Smith, Pamela Faith Farmer, Jackie Kaye Rump, Vanessa Jones and Michael Frost; his sister Joyce Williams; his daughter Jaqueline McKenzie; his siblings, Ralph, Danny, Junior McKenzie and Juanita Kinman; and his grandson Lucas Mikel Smith. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
