It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Justine Winters of Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Justine Winters to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Allen and Laura Quillion Adams; her husband Donald Winters; and her granddaughter Missy. She is survived by : her children, Debra Smith (Ray), Mary Bond, Sharon Bourne (Ricky), Donna Day (John), Donald Allen Winters and Steve Winters. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family.
