She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Gordy and Stella Lusby Gordy; and her husband Marvin R. Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Patty Prather (Jody), Ricky Wilhoite (Heather), Michelle Reese (Michael) and Mikel Perkins (Tammy); her grandchildren, Hadley Wilhoite, Holden Bridges, Patrick Osborne, Heather Osborne, Austin Hudnall and Leslie Wilson; her great grandchildren, Mae-Mae' and Emmerson "Beck" Osborne; and her sister Bonnie Sullivan.
Burial will be in the New Columbus Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
