Willard of Lawrenceburg, KY. and Michelle Peffer (Terry Cosby) of Versailles, KY.; her grandchildren, Madison Loman, Kayleigh, Jaidyn Peffer, Steven, Devon and Samantha Ballinger; and her siblings, James A. Phillips (Canary) of Lawrenceburg, KY., Reva Whitaker, Betty Jo Hyatt and Robert L. Phillips.
