He is survived by: his wife Georgia Curtis; his children, Dustin Curtis (Angie), Mindy (Anthony), Michael Warren and Cory Warren; his grandchildren, Landon, Rylie, Corbin, Grayson, Jacob and Cooper Wayne; and his siblings, Micah Curtis (Tiffany), Melissa Curtis and Kim Curtis.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church (3575 Sweet Owen Rd, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Burial will be in Mt. Hebron Cemetery and in lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the funeral home for expenses.
