She is survived by: her husband Darren Keith; her daughter Ava Keith; her siblings, J. C. Woolums, Vanita Greene, Kelly Green (Richard) and Lisa Woolums; and her father-in-law Dallas Keith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the New Funeral Homes (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
