Billy Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, at the age of 63, Billy Smith of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Margeret Smith; his daughter Heather Smith; and his sisters, Christina Sapp, Lora Paige and Patty Canafax.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Smith; his children, Skylar Smith and Miranda Wixforth; and his siblings, Rob Hannas, Charlene Canafax and Fern Terry. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home (201 7th Ave, Clay City, KY 40312). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
