She is survived by: her daughter Tina Helton Lucas (Donnie) of Owingsville; her siblings, Eddie Purvis (Cindy) of Owingsville, Chris Miller (Kimberly) of Indianapolis, Indiana., Thorp Miller (Gina) of Indianapolis, Indiana., Laura Maze of Owingsville, Mary Diane Miller (Jason) of Indianapolis and Sarah Vogel (Roger) of Converse; her sister-in-law Mary Purvis of Owingsville; her grandchildren, Allen Lucas (Alisha) of Owingsville, Eddie Lucas (Samantha) of Owingsville and Amber Netherly (Michael Kennon) of Owingsville; and her nieces and nephews, Jason Purvis of Owingsville, Adam Jarrod "Peanut" Purvis of Mt.
