He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Whaley of Owingsville Ky; his parents, Charles Whaley and Viola Whaley; and his sister Anna Mary Butcher (Wanda Adams) of Mount Sterling Kentucky. He is survived by: his daughter Jerryl A. Nienaber (John); his grandsons, David Nienaber (Moreen) of Fort Wright Ky and Mark Nienaber (Katherine) of Fort Mitchell Ky; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Luke, Nicholas, Thomas, Anna, Ruth and Caroline. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandsons and great grandchildren.
