Donna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Reffitt, Sr. and Lillie Mae Spencer Reffitt; her husband Ray F. Bailey; and her siblings, Thomas Reffitt, Jr., Alvin Mason Reffitt, Emily Jenkins and Opal K. Reffitt.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Bailey (Teresa) of Owingsville, David Bailey of Owingsville and Walter J. Bailey (Shella) of Owingsville; her sister Grace Richardson of Owingsville; and her grandson David Bailey (Shannon).
In Lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Christian Social Services.
