He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Manley and Elizabeth Hawkins Manley; and his brother Larry Manley. He is survived by: his children, Joe of Bethel and Rebekah Denniston (Robert) of Berea; his grandchildren, Connor and Makayla Denniston; his sister Debbie Gulley of Bethel; and his sibling's children, Dezaray Franke (Tim) of Louisville, Michael Manley of Louisville, Jonathan Sebastian (Erin) of Paris and Nick Gulley (Brandi) of Bethel.
A reception will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael R Gray Funeral Home (89 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360).
