He is survived by: his wife Debra Crouch of Owingsville; his stepdaughter Mary Hackney of Pikeville; his brother Nathan Wayne Wallsinger of Owingsville; his stepgrandchildren, David Hackney, Jr. and Brooklyn Cartt; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ella Cartt, Briley Cartt, Haisley Cartt and Nyla Cartt; and his close friend Ina Conner.
