He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Cummins Lewis (Ryan) of Lexington and James Michael Cummins (Yasmin) of Lexington; and his siblings, Arlene Mason (Billy) of Tollesboro, Frank Thomas (April) of Tollesboro, Patricia Cruz of Auburndale and Robert Lapolt (Howard) of Auburndale. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
