He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Perkins and Beatrice Perkins; his wives, Amy Perkins and Lois Perkins; and his brothers, Thomas Perkins, Paul Perkins, Robert Perkins, Arthur Perkins, Charlie Perkins and Orville Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Celesta Welch (Allan); his granddaughter Tessia Henson (Nick); his sisters, Margret Conley and Maurine Perkins; and his sister-in-law Joyce McCloud.
