He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Gillespie; and his brother Terry Gillespie. He is survived by: his mother Norma James Gillespie of Beverly Hills; his sons, Kacie Gillespie (Mariea) of Owingsville and Zane Gillespie of Stanton; his sister Krista "Kris" Sodders (Jack) of Beverly Hills; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, Hannah Fugate, Joshua, Marcus Bowling, Landon Gillespie and Cameron Smith; and his great grandchildren, Braylon Gillespie and Alex Hounsel.
