He was predeceased by: his father Seigle Nelson Garner; and his sisters, Mildred Ann Garner and Virginia "Ginny" Garner Goodpaster. He is survived by: his close friend Nancye Everman Garner; his siblings, Donna Garner Bailey of Owingsville and Robert Garner (Debbie) of Mt. Washington, KY; and his brothers-in-law, John Estill Everman and Eddie Goodpaster. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Owingsville Christian Church.
