He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Johnny" Mack and Carol Sue Brown Murray. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Lyndsey Wise (Tyler) of Frankfort, KY, Teva Chandley (Bryan) of Cynthiana, KY and Leif Gilliam of Lexington, KY; his grandson Jaxon Scott Paul; and his sisters, Karen Kay Brown (Clem) of Hopewell, KY and Sharon Gay Rister of Hopewell, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
