She was predeceased by: her parents, Conley Gipson and Carrie Hall Gipson; and her husband James Arthur Waters. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Waters of Louisville, Judy Pinson (Jim) of Oologah, OK and Martha Smith (John) of Nashville, TN.; her grandchildren, Ginny Gallion (Ali) of Astoria, NY and Andrew Smith of Haleiwa, HI.; her nephew Jeff Gipson (Deb) of Jackson, TN; and her sister-in-law Carol Turner of Paducah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
