She was predeceased by: her husband James Phelps; her parents, Jess Willis and Addie Williams Willis; and her siblings, Jessie Bell Kinley, Nina Ree Crossland Arnold, Alonzo Willis and John Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Freeman and Charmaine Hartsfield (Ralph) of Paducah; her granddaughters, Lori Russell (Max) of Metropolis, IL and Melissa Hartsfield of Paducah; her great grandchildren, Dominique Russell of Metropolis, IL, Max Russell of Metropolis, IL and Leah Scruggs of Paducah; and her close friend Rose Hart of Paducah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
All attendees are required to wear masks.
