She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Darrell" Followell, Sr.; her parents, Richard Swansey and Ellen Swansey; and her siblings, Jane Leverett and Charles Swansey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bud" Followell, Jr. (Mary) of Lake Placid, Janie Rice (Rick) of Paducah and Janice Fisher (Brent) of Benton; and her grandchildren, Dillon Followell, Amanda Followell, Victoria Adams, Candice Rice-Williams, Clint Fisher and Darrell Fisher. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
