He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Johnson Dalton; and his niece Micah Bays. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Lee Shelton Dalton; his daughter Chloe Dalton; his sisters, Terri Reed (Keith) of Raceland, Dana Timm (Melvin) of Neenah and Tina Silva of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his father Frank Dalton of Ironton, Ohio.; his nephew Jarrod Bays (Vanessa) of Raceland, Kentucky; and his great-nephews, Dalton Bays and Landon Bays of Raceland, Kentucky. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
