He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Webster and Alice Webster; and his brother Rick Webster. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Webster of Paducah, Kentucky; and his children, Nicholas Cook (Amy) of Paducah, Kentucky, Melissa Davis of Paducah, Holly of South Dakota and Barrie of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by four grandsons.
