She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Willis W. Henson; her siblings, Sylvia Dove, Bill Dukes, Lonnie Dukes and Dean Dukes; and her parents, Oliver Dukes and Ethel Dukes.
She is survived by: her children, Tammee Murphy (Mark Strader) of Richmond, Kentucky and Chris Henson (Carrie) of Paducah, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Lauren Elias (Jeremy), Dylan Murphy (Kristin), Kelsee Henson and Brenden Brown. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lone Oak First Baptist Church (3601 Lone Oak Rd, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
