He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Love and Ben Walter Adams; and his siblings, Don Adams and Cleda Tucker. He is survived by: his children, David Adams and Sarah Fabian; his wife Beverly "Cookie" Sills; his grandchildren, Autumn Douglas, Hayley Douglas, Makenzie Adams, Vanessa Adams and Lincoln Fabian; and his great grandchild Myles Cork.

No services are planned at this time, but expressions of sympathy may be sent in the form of contributions to Mercy Health Hospice or The McGangsters of Paducah.
